A custom designed RIB by Cobra Ribs

HANDCRAFTED, CUSTOM DESIGNED RIBS

We've been handcrafting custom designed RIBs for over 30 years. Our handcrafted build process is something we pride ourselves on -  and we strongly believe that the exceptional quality of our boats is down to the fact that we hand finish every single one.

RIB Design Process

CUSTOM RIB DESIGN PROCESS

It all starts with our design process. We create fully detailed design drawings which show you how your boat will look and feel. Once we receive your sign off, we'll transfer your design into our CAD (design software) to be refined and tested. All of our custom designed RIBS are precision engineered using a 5-axis CNC machine, which works to a tolerance of +/- 0.005. This ensures that our RIBs are built to the design's exact specifications.

Our suspension helm seating has been carefully designed so that all of the mechanisms are integrated subtly into the design itself. All you see is the beautiful finish - and the mechanisms are protected from the sea air. We're proud of our design service and offer it as standard across the Nautique range.

Fully Customisable RIBs

FULLY CUSTOMISABLE RIBS

We understand that you have your own personal tastes and requirements, which is why we offer you the option to fully customise your boat colours - from your RIB's outer tubes to its upholstery. A custom finish to the finest of details ensures your RIB is unique on the water - everyone will know it's you.

All of our boats go through a demanding quality control check list before leaving our factory in Christchurch (UK). We're hugely passionate about providing an unrivalled quality, and will always strive to give your RIB the best possible finish.
